Mike are you getting sound this morning.     I am still not getting it, but a strange thing happened, when I seen that Starling was getting it yesterday afternoon, I went on to webcam and I had it then, but this morning its back to silence...... 

Yes Mary. Have you checked the loudspeaker symbol? It has a red X in it when muted and sometimes it doesn't clear unless you click several times. I also have to have my PC volume right up in order to hear it.

Very still this morning and ENS at the moment so all I am hearing is a background hum.
